Aim for consistency.

If you do things right 80% of the time, you can mess up 20% of the time and still be successful.

This applies to your workouts and diet.

You don’t have to work out every day.

You don’t have to eat healthy every meal.

Just make sure you do it most of the time and you will crush it.
