BELLY BURN RECIPES, MEAL PLANS & FOOD IDEAS

The major part of what we will be doing is having you pre-plan your food.


So that means you enter into MFP what you plan to eat tomorrow and report it today (but not actually today, just in the future).


To Navigate for something specific hit Ctrl F on your laptop/computer then search the title such as: 500 Cals, 1000 cals, Vegetarian, Vegan

The search will show you all the words containing what you are looking for, just hit up and down to see the different options.


This won’t be made into a booklet because I keep updating is as I build out new plans, this google document is live.
