Time to do an appreciation burst!
With this exercise you are going to set 15 minutes on a timer. From there you can write down or even say the exercise aloud. List or say all of the things that you appreciate right now, in the day, about the weather, whatever it may be.
A total of 15 minutes, with nothing but gratitude and appreciation.
Document how you feel afterwards.
