Fit Club's success story of the week: Why Jan decided to take a chance with Fit Club.

Jan's road to 1000 workouts began like most, uncertain with the fear of the unknown. Along with other changes in her life, she decided to take a chance with Fit Club.


She knew she had to make a positive change before entering the next level in her life, retirement.


Since joining Fit Club, Jan has lost 45 pounds but has gained even more in mental toughness. Jan admits she used to have self-esteem issues but is now comfortable in her own skin and has toned up!


She learned to fuel her body with food that she likes. Jan learned that the journey comes with struggles such as cravings or overeating. Despite disappointments, Jan knows she is only human and that she needs to be proud of the best she has done.


Jan's 3 keys to success are determination, daily workouts, and embracing her weaknesses. Wanting to hit milestones, doing two workouts a day, and forgiving herself, is what helps her keep it real.


Jan is forever grateful to the Coaches for supporting and cheering her on.
