Fit Club success story of the week: Pauline

Pauline tried Fit Club in August 2019 through a Facebook AD that offered 21 Days for $21.


After doing the 21 days, she thought she could manage on her own.


But quickly learned that it didn't have the same motivation.


Pauline learned that the work you put into your health on your own isn't the same as when someone sees bigger potential in you.


In under 2 years, Pauline hit her 1000th workout, has lost 30 lbs, increased stamina & upper body strength.


She also surprised herself when she discovered her interest in running when she can lift heavier & do push-ups from her toes .


Although she had some struggles with the pandemic & working out alone, Fit Club on Demand allowed herself to be accountable.


"This gave me the feeling as though I was back on the blue getting my best 30 in."


Fit Club has also helped her be more mindful of her nutrition & the importance of investing in herself.


The support she receives, not only from the Coaches & her family but from other members has kept her going.
