Fit Club success of the week:

In July 2018, Sonya could barely do the exercises and wanted to give up.

But she kept going.

Now here we are, 26 lbs lost, energetic as ever & recently hitting her 1000th Workout.

Sonya’s biggest struggle was making time to do the workouts.

And she made it work.

With support from her husband & gym buddy, Mark, as well as her morning crew.

Sonya was able to get her workouts because they kept each other accountable.

The encouragement from Coaches gives her that extra push during workouts.

The other gyms don’t have workouts planned for her like Fit Club does.
