Jane has been a member of Fit Club since March 2019. 💙


She found that the biggest change from her 1st class to her 1000th is her confidence, being more active and most of all eating healthier.


Her biggest struggle was during the pandemic, worrying whether or not she could stay focused and whether or not she'd be motivated to keep going. đŸ˜„
