Fit Club success story of the week: Caroline

Caroline joined Fit Club in October 2019 during a 21 Day Promo.

She's been hooked ever since and has completed 1000 Workouts in under 2 years.

Her endurance, mindset & outlook on life has been her biggest change.

Being positive has been more common these days for Caroline & feeling sore, NOW means her body is going through some changes.

Although she has completed 1000 workouts, she has had some struggles with commitment, lockdowns & not being able to see the Fit Fam.

Caroline changed this by setting her intent for the week, stayed strong with the Virtual Workouts & applied her mindset of being able to see the Fit Fam as much as possible when gyms opened up.

The support she receives from her family, especially her kids has kept her motivated.

"Having a healthy mom is going to help me give them the life I want them to have."

Through working out with Fit Club, she has a 5AM Crew that has kept her going through this whole journey to 1000.

Not every journey is perfect, but you always have an opportunity to grow & learn.
