Fit Club success story of the week: KEEPING FIT OVER 50!

Today we highlight two members who are 50+, and striving on the blue!

Starting with Pat who is 72, and Greg who is 56.

Pat has been with us for a year and a half and says she’s been much healthier than she’s been in her 50’s and 60’s.

She attributes it to her commitment to working out every day.

Making her fitness a priority.

Greg joined us on his 56th birthday.

“It’s never too late to join”, he says. He had the proverbial “Dad Bod”, but has since got back to his previous fitness level, losing weight and gaining muscle.
