Fit Club success story of the week: Why Tracy (a busy mom of 2) wakes up at 4:30 am to work out

Tracy made a commitment to herself about 3 years ago to make sacrifices at home, time commitments, and incorporate physical activity in every aspect of her life.
Physically she has made the change but psychologically she has also made that change to be there for her kids so that she will still be strong and active when they get older.
She has had struggles like whether or not she wants to hit the snooze button and she pushes herself to get to the gym by waking up at 4:30 in the morning!
Part of her success is the support she receives from the coaches and her family especially her friend, Cathy. Before, they weren't able to do any sort of animal workout such as the "water bug" or what they call the" floppy seal".
Now, she has shed weight and can do it with no problem.
To anyone thinking about joining Fit Club, just do it!
Don't doubt yourself, even if you're scared to walk through those doors, just do it because if she was able to talk to her past self she would say, "What the hell are you waiting for?"
