Fitness Morning Routine

Morning routine to crush your day:

1. Wake up as soon as the alarm sounds (if you snooze, you are telling yourself a few minutes of sleep is more important than your goals)

2. Drink a large glass of water to rehydrate the body

3. Exercise first thing even if it’s just for 10 minutes to get your body started
