Love cheesecake but need a healthy twist? 🍰💪
In today’s video, I’m showing you how to make Strawberry Cheesecake Cups—a high-protein, super easy meal prep that’s perfect for breakfast or a snack. 😍
For these Strawberry Cheesecake Cups, here’s what you’ll need:
2 cups of Greek yogurt – full of protein and creamy goodness!
90 grams of vanilla protein powder – for a protein boost (about 3 scoops).
8 oz of whipped cream cheese – for that cheesecake flavor we all love.
1 tablespoon of strawberry spread – I found one that’s sweetened with only natural fruit (you can use any you like).
Your fave granola – this is for that crunchy base layer.
And of course, some fresh sliced strawberries for topping!
Think creamy Greek yogurt, a hint of vanilla, and that irresistible cheesecake flavor. 🤤 Add your favorite granola for crunch and fresh strawberries to top it off—simple, delicious, and guilt-free!
