Hi, I'm Charlene Sutherland. And let me tell you my story about my Belly Burn Journey at Fit Club. This is my third belly burn and I've noticed the shape of my body is different.


My mummy tummy has gone down, which was a huge thing for me, a huge confidence thing. So now it feels like I can start seeing my body take the shape that I want it to. I lost 11 lbs in this belly burn. Down 1.9 body fat and gain muscle.


What I like most about doing this belly burn. I tried peak week for the first time and I actually enjoyed it. Despite being worried about how hungry I'd be all week, I was actually pretty full.


What did I learn is that things aren't always as hard as you think they're going to be, So just try it! What would I tell someone that was thinking about joining in the belly burn? They just do it and just try your best and you have a bunch of supportive people around you and just give it a try.
