There’s nothing more motivating than a good book. Yet, there is something a little more motivating… Finishing a good book.
If you are one who loves information and loves books, then you know exactly what I mean.
Here’s a few tips to keep your motivation sharp and your mindset honed...
The 10 Page Rule - take time every single day to read just 10 pages. Simple enough right?
Well, what really happens when you set out to read 10 pages, is that you continue past those 10 pages almost every time. This adds up and compounds. Eventually, you’ve finished the book! Set a schedule for your day to do this and see how much it helps.
Audible
I love audible. It reminds me of when my mom used to read to me as a kid. I listen to book s while driving, cooking dinner and while running or hiking. Listening to books actually helps me go longer as I get lost in the book and on the trail.
Speaking of Audible, they are streaming kids books for free right now. This is a great alternative to TV and a big help with school out.

Nutrition Tip
Do you ever get muscle cramps when you work out? This often happens due to you being dehydrated, but also that you are missing some key electrolytes.
Electrolytes are minerals such as sodium, magnesium, and even calcium. They help with muscle contraction, which would explain why you are cramping up!
The secret? Saltwater. That’s right. All you have to do is add a little bit of Himalayan pink salt to your water and you should be just fine.
Here’s a secret: that’s basically what sports drinks are. They’ve just had some sugar and flavoring added. 2 tsp of salt should be plenty before and after your workout!
You can add some natural flavoring such as a squeeze or citrus or infuse your water with refreshing cucumber.
***Always check with your doctor, especially if you have blood pressure issues.
