Amy was looking for a gym to join when she moved from Edmonton. 👀
Thank Goodness for the algorithms on Facebook! Because it led her to join a Fit Club Challenge. 😊
She was worried about not fitting in because she gets self conscious when she feels uncomfortable. 😩
Although, she felt overwhelmed on first day she came back because she knew it was good for her and she would never voluntarily do burpees. 😜
When the first lockdown occurred, she felt more isolated but one of the members welcomed her to their group. 🤜🏾🤛🏼
Amy knows she will be a Lifer at Fit Club 💙 because she looks forward to workouts and as she gets older wants to take better care of herself. 🏋️♀️
Even if she doesn’t feel the fittest or the fastest, she says, “the turtle ultimately won the race. One step at a time!” 🐢
