Here’s a sneak peek:

✨ Sautéed red peppers and cherry tomatoes for a fresh, tangy base.

✨ Protein-packed ground beef seasoned with oregano and garlic.

✨ Creamy, salty feta to tie it all together.


Here’s what you’ll need to make this incredible dish:

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

4 garlic cloves, minced

10 ounces spinach

2 green onions, sliced (keep the white and green parts separate)

1 pound ground beef

½ teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

5 ounces crumbled feta cheese"
