1/4 cup whipped cream cheese (40g)
1 scoop limitless Pharma vanilla whey protein (30g) (found at the gym)

1 tbsp cocoa powder (5g)
1 tbsp zero calorie powdered sweetener ideally organic stevia (found at the gym)
