Protein-Packed Greek Yogurt and Quinoa Bowl


Welcome to Nary's Kitchen! Today's recipe is a delicious and easy post-workout meal packed with protein. Perfect for vegetarians! Here's what you'll need: 1 cup cooked quinoa, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup diced cucumber, 1/4 cup diced tomatoes, 1/4 cup diced red onion, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper.


Mix quinoa, vegetables, and dressing together.

Add Greek yogurt on top.


Each serving contains 12g protein, 30g carbs, 8g fat, 250 calories.
