Trying to lose weight

What I would do this week if I was trying to lose weight:

Step 1. Hire a coach and do everything he says.

Make sure he has a track record of successfully helping people lose weight.

Step 2. Follow step 1

Don’t be stubborn and try to do it alone.

If doing it alone worked, you wouldn’t be trying to lose weight.
