Suggested Water Cutting Program
-You can split some the supplements with other members in your group if you want, or we will use them down the road
Monday - Wednesday = water load
-Still take all other BB sups plan
-Water = 1 liter more than you normally do, this would include any o calorie fluids like EAA’s, pre workout, tea or coffee etc..
-Add about 2500-3000 mg of sodium. Best sources are pickles, franks hot sauce or just add salt to your food
Thursday
-Still take all other BB sups plan
-Get water back to normal levels
-Take 2 water tights, 3 times of the day, but not past 4 pm.
Friday
-Still take all other BB sups plan
-Decrease water by 1 liter a day and cut your water down to 1 cup from 6 pm until Saturday morning.
-Take 3 water tights, 3 times of the day, but not past 4 pm.
Saturday
-Still take all other BB sups plan
