Is apple cider vinegar (ACV) the answer to weight loss? 🤔 Some people swear by it, but is it really effective? Here's what I found out:


🍽️ APPETITE SUPPRESSANT: While some research suggests that acetic acid can slow down digestion, it's important to note that it won't work if you're consuming unhealthy food. It's best to stick to a nutritious diet and a caloric deficit.


💪 INCREASED INSULIN SENSITIVITY: ACV can help the body use blood sugars more efficiently, but without proper exercise, all those calories will end up being stored as fat.


🔥 INCREASED METABOLISM: Studies on both rats and humans show that ACV can boost fat-metabolizing enzymes, leading to a faster metabolism.


🥤 HOW TO TAKE IT: Dilute 1 tablespoon of ACV in water and drink it before meals. Regular white vinegar works too.


My take? While I'll use ACV in cooking if it's available, I wouldn't go out of my way to drink it for weight loss. Making smarter food choices and a good exercise routine will lead to more effective weight loss.
