In this two-part video, I'm sharing 10 ways to prevent self-sabotage and stay on track! π
β¨ Be mindful of every bite: Put a filter between you and eating. More filters = less overeating.
β¨ Prepare: Pre-plan your meals and snacks. Have them ready in your fridge, packed up and ready to go. Planning keeps you away from the quick and easy, but unhealthy stuff.
β¨ Stop celebrating in ways that destroy your goals: Instead of indulging in unhealthy treats, find fun activities that align with your fitness journey. For example, I celebrated a birthday playing pickleball and drinking EAA's for recovery! π
