1 lb ground beef (lean)

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Garlic powder, to taste

Pizza sauce

Shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or your choice)

Toppings of your choice ( pepperoni, etc.)


Each serving of MEETZA is about 334 calories, with 28 grams of protein, 2 grams of carbs, and 23 grams of fat.
