1000th Workout Journey- ANDREA!



๐Ÿ’–1000th WORKOUT JOURNEY!๐Ÿ’–

๐Ÿ†My name is Andrea Watkinson and I just hit my 1000 workout at Fit Club North!๐Ÿ†

I have been a member since spring of 2018.

๐Ÿ†The biggest change from 100 to 1000 workouts for me is understanding how to listen to my body - whether food/nutrition related or workout/exercise related.

I find that the workout part of this journey has been the easier one to manage - the nutrition part has always been a struggle for me.

๐Ÿ†Going through the Game Changer at the beginning of 2019 helped with understanding nutrition...there are so many components and you never stop learning and/or experimenting.

๐Ÿ†The biggest struggle to complete 1000 workouts was working through pain and injuries. This summer, I found out that I have arthritis in my left shoulder from overuse. This on top of sciatic and other injuries has made this journey at times painful - thanks to the support and knowledge of the coaches I have learnt how to work around the pain/problem.

๐Ÿ†The three biggest contributions to my success is #1 never giving up - pushing through no matter what #2 having wonderful coaches and peeps on the blue supporting you through my journey and of course #3 my husband / family - their support and patience with me is golden!

๐Ÿ†To my past self - be patient, donโ€™t be so hard on yourself- learn from your mistakes and allow others to help you... donโ€™t always be so stubborn.

๐Ÿ†To all of you out there on the blue: love yourself, success takes time, changes take time - be patient. Put one foot in front of the other and celebrate each and every success, count your blessings and never forget why you started! ๐Ÿ‘‡ ๐Ÿ‘‡
