Welcome to the "Slumber Games" – a 5-day Sleep Challenge designed to help you achieve the ultimate goal of a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep.


In our fast-paced world, quality sleep often takes a backseat, leading to various health issues and decreased productivity.


But fear not! We have a fun and effective plan to help you get the sleep you deserve and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the day!



6 pm Stop Drinking Caffeine: Avoid sleep-disrupting stimulants in the evening.


8 pm Stop Eating: Allow proper digestion and prevent discomfort during sleep.


9 pm Electronics off: Reduce blue light exposure for better sleep preparation.


9:30 pm Natural Sleep aid: Support relaxation and sleep with supplements or herbal tea.


10 pm 15 min Hot Bath or Shower: Promote relaxation and ease into a peaceful slumber.


10:30 pm Lights out: Establish a consistent bedtime for improved sleep quality.


Next Morning: Sleep REPORT: Tag RJ on facebook or IG stories how you feel (Still sleepy, I feel fine, I have more energy!)
