Ingredients for 6 Rolls:
For the Rolls:
18 large cooked shrimp (approximately 216g)
100g cucumber (cut into matchsticks)
100g carrot (cut into matchsticks)
Butterhead lettuce leaves
6 large rice papers (22cm)
Low-calorie noodles (I used konjac noodles)
For the Peanut Sauce:
30g powdered peanut butter (I used PBfit)
10g oyster sauce
5ml rice vinegar
7g honey
35ml water
1/2 tsp garlic powderEach roll without sauce is about 52 calories, with 7g of protein and 6g of carbs. And with the peanut sauce, it’s 81 calories, 10g of protein, and 8g of carbs.
