Hi everyone! Welcome back to Nary's Kitchen, where we bring you delicious, protein-packed recipes that are quick and easy to make. I’m Nary from Fit Club, the home of the 28-Day Belly Burn Transformation Challenge. Today, we have a unique and healthy twist on a classic favorite – Avocado Cottage Cheese Pizza. Let's get started!"
For our pizza, you’ll need:
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour (or flour of your choice)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup low sodium pizza sauce
1/2 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
18 turkey pepperoni slices"
or an extra protein boost, you can make my high protein ranch blend. You’ll need:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup water for thinning (optional)
1 packet ranch seasoning
Blend all ingredients until smooth. This makes four servings. Per serving: 381 calories, 20g fat, 33.25g carbs, 20.5g protein.
