I am already revising my eating habits for a healthier me. My arthritis in my legs needs to improve naturally. I have muscles in my legs and upper body. My knees are bone on bone, but I am suffering with tight hamb strings. I'm trying to walk more and got my bicycle ready to help that. I need to climb ladders again to perform my job of inspecting commercial flat roofing.
