Caroline is a woman who always looked after everyone else’s needs instead of her own.
So she hasn’t necessarily taken the best care of herself.
She noticed this and was worried about getting older and the possible diseases that come with that.
So her goal was to get stronger and lose weight.
Her husband Randy has a long relationship with Coach RJ as they have been working together for 15+ years. So Randy thought, they’ll work on their goals together.
Since then she’s seen a lot of progress.
She tells us about her journey into fitness since joining us, her results, her admiration for other members, and her experience with Fit Club.
