For this Month lets get you doing all the things we did from the 21-day challenge daily.
So your goal this month is to:
-Workout Daily (5 days a week)
-Hit 10,000 steps
-Drink 3 liters of water
-No cheats, no treats, no booze (you determine what that is)
-Take Shredmode (2 x 3 times a day)
-Drink 2 protein shakes a day
