Fit Club success of the week:

Back in June 2018, Mark was 256 lbs, on blood pressure pills and wearing knee braces.


He joined Fit Club because his wife was worried about his health and most of all wanted to age, gracefully.

Although he’s tried different gyms within 30 years, he’s finally found the right one.


One where he can’t use his book of excuses.


In November 2010, he hit his 1000th workout and is well over 1200 now.


Mark has a better understanding of nutrition and is helping others be better versions of themselves.


Throughout the pandemic, Zoom workouts kept him sane and have connected with people from the U.S. and all over Canada.
