Fit Club success story of the week: How Kristen achieved 1000 workouts in just under 3 years.

Our members, especially Kristen have taken on this challenge to 1000 workouts and have made it POSSIBLE! Kristen achieved 1000 workouts in just under 3 years and has developed a passion for Fit Club.

The biggest change and challenge she faced was incorporating Fit Club in her daily routine. It took some time to find a healthy balance between sleeping and working out.

At Fit Club, Kristen feels like part of a family because every time she walks through the door, she's greeted with friendly faces. She wouldn't be where she is today if she wasn't held accountable by the coaches.

She began by changing her eating habits, workouts, and sleeping patterns. She was determined to make working out on the Blue a priority.

The social support and coaches' support, both past and present, have pushed and motivated her.

She has learned to be comfortable in her own skin instead of focusing on her appearance and numbers.

Kristen wants to express the importance of trying us out! It begins with one workout and believing that with each milestone, you have accomplished something.

Even coming to workout is crushing that daily goal.

Being proud of the hard work you put in is worth making yourself a priority!
