Fit Club success story of the week: Alison has been inspired by many people

Today we are joined by Alison Long, as she shares her fitness story.

She was introduced to Fit Club through her daughter Ashley, who herself has seen great progress in losing weight and getting healthy.

Alison’s story differs though. As she is on the road to recovery after her fight against Cancer.

Because of this, she was worried that she would not be able to keep up with the class.

However, the coaches assured her that all the exercises could be modified, or if that was too much, to keep moving.

She talks about the inspiration she gets from the members, coaches, and staff. She also talks about her past experiences with trying to get fit.
