Fit Club success story of the week: “I Decided My Health Was Worth It”

In her past, Kerrilynn was actually very active.


She boxed, and Irish danced, but a complication with her hips would put that all to a halt. In order to heal, she would have to stop any aggressive, and energetic sports.


She was Introduced to Fit Club through a conversation with her friends about possibly joining.


She had enough.


It was time she got back to the person she was.


Today she talks to us about her experience since joining us, on and off the blue, the workouts, the importance of working out to manage pain, the Fit Fam, her results, and any advice to anyone looking to join us on the Blue!
