Goal Setting

Written goals are more likely to get accomplished.

...And posting those goals all over the house with sticky notes mean they are even more likely to get done.

This is a great way to get your mindset locked in and stay motivated.

Not only writing the goal but planting little reminders around the house. This helps to keep it at the forefront of your thoughts. 

Keep the sticky notes positive and fun.  Try using "I am" statements as if you have already achieved your goal.  These  serve a powerful, double whammy of goal setting and positive affirmation.

Nutrition Tip

Did you know that there is a mushroom that can help you focus!?

That’s right, there are some mushrooms that have what is called a nootropic effect. The main one being Lion’s Mane. This is typically turned into a powder and can be used in drinks, smoothies, or even teas/coffees.

It’s a great addition to a morning routine and can help you to stay focused even on your worst days!
