So you decide to take the 8 flights of stairs to your apartment because there's a line up at the elevator. 🤔⠀

You're feeling good going up those first flight of stairs and you're thinking only 7 more to go.😮⠀
⠀
As you get over your second flight, you're thinking, "What was thinking? I'm already out of breath! I'm definitely out of shape!" 😪⠀

You get to your third set and consider that maybe the line up at the elevator has disappeared. "No!" You say to yourself, "I am not giving up!"😭⠀

As you go through your fourth, fifth and sixth set, you start to think of whether you're actually going to make it home. You look down and think," I'm further than I was before, I just have 2 more sets to go!" 💪⠀

You take a breather, take off your jacket and give yourself a pep talk.👊⠀

"It's time to take control of your health! I see my friends post about how much they love working out and trying new healthy recipes that actually look really good! I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!"☹⠀

So you muster enough strength to get through the last 2 sets of stairs, into your apartment, hit the floor and pull up your Instagram.🔍⠀
