Health and Fitness Search #4: How can I reach my goal(s)? 📶

My goal to be 115 lbs has been my goal for about 7 years now. 😟

What is my issue and why can't I reach this goal? ☹


FC: What action and work have you been doing so far to reach this goal? 🤷‍♀️


Well, I joined Fit Club about a year and half ago. I've been working out and following meal plans. 👍


FC: That is amazing that you have been able to keep up with workouts and eat better for that long! Besides, getting into a better routine, has there been other progress that you want to mention? 🤔


I am about 20 lbs down from my starting weight and I can do push ups from my feet instead of knees. 🤯


FC: Would you say that maybe a couple of goals that you haven't accomplished before you signed up with Fit Club? 💙💙💙


Actually, yes, you are right! I haven't thought of that before. Now that I think about it, I have more energy, I workout like it's as important as brushing my teeth everyday! 🤯


FC: To get back to your goal of reaching 115 lbs, you must think about how long it's been since you started tackling this goal. If it took 5 and half years for you to pack on the weight, you must be patient and trust the process of how long it will take for your body to lose those pounds. 👊


Thank you Fit Club for showing me the right way to go about my goals. I understand that my main goal hasn't been pursued yet, but the Coaches and members have shown me such great guidance and support. 👊👊


I know that the mini goals I have accomplished have got me closer to my ultimate goal everyday. I understand why your mission is to get one percent better everyday. 😊😊👇👇
