Ingredients:
1 lb low-fat ground beef (or protein of choice)
1 packet taco seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Iceberg lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
Freshly shredded cheese of choice (for topping)
Thinly sliced red onions (or express pickled red onions)
Fresh veggies like jalapeños and cilantro
0% Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
Chile lime seasoning
For the Express Pickled Red Onions:
1 large lime (juiced)
A couple pinches of salt
1/2 jalapeño (with seeds for extra kick)
Juice of 1.5 limes
2 heaping tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Chile lime seasoning
Generous pinch of salt
