1 can of tuna, drained
Large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
1/4 cup sliced avocado
2 tablespoons hummus or Greek yogurt as a spread
Fresh lemon wedges for serving
Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves, using them as the wraps.
In a bowl, mix the drained tuna with grated carrots, sliced cucumbers, and bell peppers.
To assemble the wraps, spread a thin layer of hummus or Greek yogurt on each lettuce leaf.
Add the tuna and veggie mixture on top.
Top with sliced avocado.
Squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the filling.
Roll up the lettuce leaves to form wraps.
