How can I measure my progress?

The biggest change for me was seeing results in my belly fat. My visceral fat went down from a 9 to 7. plus for the first time in my life, my shoulders were ripped.

What I like most about doing Belly Burn Challenge are the discipline, the accountability and the knowledge I gained about what to eat and how to combine the right macros and how to calculate my macros and calories.

What I will tell someone thinking about doing Belly Burn Challenge, is the best decision they will make for themself. It's not going to be easy, but the knowledge and the results they gain from the experience will be life-changing and totally worth every effort, sweat and penny!
