Once you get to 5 lb lost, you would then continue to do what you’re doing for workouts and supplements for 4 weeks. 4 weeks of maintenance at your 5lb lost, then you can make another adjustment. Through more activity, calorie manipulation or supplements. Then focus on your next 5 lb loss.
