How much weight should I lose?

A: Focus on making your caloric burn and caloric intake to reflect a 500 calorie deficit. Doing this will help you to drop roughly 1 pound a week. Once you get to 5 lb lost, you would then continue to do what you’re doing for workouts and supplements for 4 weeks. 4 weeks of maintenance at your 5lb lost, then you can make another adjustment. Through more activity, calorie manipulation or supplements. Then focus on your next 5 lb loss.
