“My life before joining Fit Club I was working a full time job.

I have 2 kids and I’m a wife.

So I was just doing the grind of young mom with kids working 9-5 and falling into bad habits.

I’ve done fit to fat, to fit to fat many times in the last 15 years and I was ready to change my habits.

Since I’ve joined Fit Club, I’ve lost over 20 pounds.

I’ve dropped body fat, gained a lot of muscle and I’m truly in the best shape of my life.

The thing that I like the most about Fit Club is the Fit Fam.

There is nothing like the energy of coming on to the blue and seeing everybody in here.

When I walk through those doors it is nothing but love and positivity from every person that is here.

I am just so grateful to be a part of something so wonderful.

If you are feeling like you need a change, this is the way to change it.

Come to Fit Club, try a workout, you will not regret it.

I have never once ever said that I regret doing a workout here.

If you are someone that does’t like exercise come here anyway because I have never had so much fun working out in my entire life.

And I’ve been working out since I was 12 years old.

And this is the most fun I’ve ever had.

I’d rather be here that do a lot of other things”
