How to Stay Fit on Vacation (Without Gaining Fat!)

Start your day with doing a combo virtual
Do the warm up & workout of video 1 (no stretch), then right away start the next virtual at the start of the workout and do the stretch. This should take you well under an hour to do.
Then if you are really hardcore, do a light 10 min jog after your work stuff or end of day to round up that 1-hour. If you are just starting do 10 seconds on and 50 seconds off x 10 reps.
Seriously follow this plan if you want to keep losing weight, shred fat and keep the muscle you have worked so hard for.
Its great that you train hard in the winter months, now its time to keep the gains while enjoying all the extra activities the warm months bring.
