I'm stuck, what's next?

Saturday we wrapped up our 6 week New Body Challenge and I was really impressed with the transformations that happen. I was even talking to guys about them getting abs into their late 40's and 50's! One woman said she was wearing fitted pant's she hasn't worn in over 5 years!

That's why I love helping people get into shape. The confidence and progress.

But now what and for some of your reading, how does it start?

It takes 21 days to build a habit. That's why if you're just getting going, focus exclusively on making the gym. The gym habit is the first habit you need to establish. We do have our 21 day Spring Back Into Your Skinny Jeans Challenge starting Monday for $47. So if you or someone else wants to get ready for summer, it has to start now.

After the 21 days it takes 6 weeks for you to really start to notice change. There's a lot of adjustments that need to happen. You need to start eliminating 1 bad thing you know you shouldn't be doing and start adopting 4 things you should be doing. Its the 1:4 ratio.

At the 10 week mark is when your friends really notice the changes. And this goes for new and people that have been around for awhile including myself. I'm happy with my results as I was in Hawaii for the first 2 weeks of the challenge. So my challenge continues until I hit that 12 week mark.

12 weeks is when the world takes notice of your hard work and dedication. This is when the needle really starts to move. Just watch and you will see.

Then the big one! And this message goes for all elements of your life. The 12 month mark is when permanent change happens. Time after time the people I've seen get the best results are those that made it permanent. I know for some of you, this seems far away and we can barely look beyond today. But that's what We're here for (Fit Club) is to open your mind to a way of life.

So if you want to be your 20 year old weight, if you want to look and feel younger than you are, if you want the confidence to wear that fitted piece of clothing, then understand your journey has just begun. I 100% believe in you and my team and I are ready to help tackle your goal or goals for this year!
