Hi. My name is Chris. This is my 1000 workout. I've been working at the Fit Club now for a little over three years. I absolutely love it. It's one of the highlights of my day. My first day, I remember it. It was very good workout I had a very good blow and I was instantly addicted after that. My life before that was challenging. I wasn't getting much exercise. I was gaining some weight. And I needed a change in my life. I needed a new routine.
My first level of success is probably that's my routine in my daily routine, waking up 5 a.m., 5 to 6 a.m. class, coming in, doing the double. It's a great way to start my day sets the tone for the day and I feel really great after I'm done.
