Inspirational Story - Alison Long 1000 Workout


Wow, I can't believe it! After four years of consistent hard work and dedication, I've finally made it to my 1000th workout ๐ŸŽ‰

My journey began on March 19, 2019, at Fit Club, where I was surrounded by amazing coaches and staff who helped me reach my fitness goals๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ. During my first year, I worked hard to join the jacket club, which required 200 workouts.

But then COVID hit, changing everything. It was challenging to adjust to virtual workouts, but I adapted and continued to push myself every day. And now, I'm incredibly proud to celebrate this milestone and have gained so much strength, mobility, flexibility, and bone health.

I've faced setbacks, including my battle with cancer, but with the support of my trainers and hard work, I've come out on top. I'm cancer-free and working every day to become the strongest version of myself!
