Introduction To Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting is one of the best tools when it comes to create a caloric deficit to drop weight but also to start burning fat as fuel.


Each day as indicated with the guide below is progressive.

You will start with a 12 hour and work your way up to 16 hours for one day.


During your fast, lets keep it simple.

You can have water, black tea/coffee.

Nothing else.


Screenshot the guide below and everyday when you complete the hours fasted, post it on your facebook or instagram story and tag me/Fit Club so I can hold you accountable and guide you.
