Joanne was afraid of "bootcamp"

🤔Tell us your story! How did you find us?

I found out through a friend on Facebook. 

🤔Before you started, what were you skeptical of? 

I was worried about how hard it would be because it was a “boot camp” I expected to see a big mean yelling drill sergeant. Well was I wrong when I came to my first class. It was the total opposite. I first joined the 21 days and when that was over I joined and made monthly payments. It was a little pricey but it is so worth it, everything is included in your monthly payments, coaching, meal plans, recipes, coach calls, recognition for your accomplishments, etc.…there is so much included. You could never get this at any other gym! 

🤔What was your life like before joining the fit club?

Before I joined Fitclub I was active. I was going to a gym where I would spend about  2 hours every other day , doing my own thing and not really knowing if I was doing any of it right, that was a lot of time in my day for almost 2 years to honestly not see real results. 

🤔What specific results have you achieved? 

Since I joined just over a year ago. I have lost over 20lbs. Dropped body fat,   Gained muscles in my arms that I always hated, I hated wearing tank tops cause I had those bat wing arms and that made me insecure.. Came in with a cake top that turned into a muffin top and now well there is not much of a top left … Love the results I am seeing and feeling! 

🤔What would you tell someone about joining?  

I would tell them to definitely try it, we are all here for the same reason. It's only 30 minutes of your day and you are worth that. Nobody ever judges anyone. Big, small, active, not active.  We are all the same when we walk through those doors because its “family” you will feel that instantly, such an awesome feeling to be recognized as well for accomplishments!
