Ingredients:

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 tbsp butter
Mineral salt, to taste
Ground pepper, to taste
Each serving is around 380 calories, with 32 grams of protein, 8 grams of carbs, and 26 grams of fat
