“I don’t have time”

One of the most common excuses people say.

Not only for fitness, but for anything else.

We don’t have time for things that aren’t a priority for us.

That’s why we always have time for work right?

Because earning money is a priority so we can provide for our family.

If you say you don’t have time to work out, it’s simply not a priority for you.

Nothing wrong with that.

However, losing weight and getting healthier isn’t a priority for you either.

If it was, you would find an extra 30 minutes a day guaranteed.

So it’s time to be honest with yourself…
